Qatar government refused to acknowledge reservations. They wanted their own selected hotel to be our accommodation

Terrible smell of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. Poor ventilation.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the souq, and from the souq metro stop. The airport was a short taxi ride away, the Corniche about 10-15 minutes walk. The rooms were huge! Great value for the size, location, and amenities.

We booked 3 rooms at the hotel for our group and one of the rooms had a bit of a musty smell.

The price was good and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. All restaurants where closed close to hotel. Staff helped us order via Qatars vetsion of postmates on personal phone. Pool table in lobby was fun needs new felt.

The rooms need updated, smelled moldy and restaurant did not have hours posted and was unclear with food.

Great location, close to the National museum, and the shore.

Hotel room had definitely been smoked in before.

The property was a classic 3-star hotel with all included amenities such as microwave, hair dryer, mini fridge, and electric kettle as well as toiletries and body wash, shampoo, and lotion. Includes swimming pool, sauna, and steam room and free water bottles and 24/7 customer care.

The sauna was broken when I stayed.

located in good location, shopping area. all kinds of restaurants available near by, and easy transportation metro/ taxi etc..

No credit card needed for a reservation, friendly staff and very clean.

The Spa was closed for maintenance, and the pool was very small, but nothing major.

It wasn’t so clean, the bathroom are not well maintained, the cabinets were so dusty, they didn’t have toiletries that is, bathroom slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste. And the staff would take long to bring the stuffs requested by me.

Room is surprisingly good. I was not expecting a good room for the money I spent. Pool is a little small but I liked that it has pool for kids and that it's indoor. Staffs are accommodating. I also enjoyed their fast wi-fi.

The hotel has no parking space I had to park my car across the street and it's not even a good parking area. The hotel has no restaurant according to the reception. Toilet sink cladding needs to be fixed.

Location is perfect very close to souq and metro, facilities also was good

Check-in was super easy and quick. The place absolutely matches the pictures online – no surprises, just what you expect! It's great for a short stay, offering everything you need without any fuss. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the main city, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are a couple of good low-to-mid range restaurants right behind the hotel, which was incredibly convenient for meals. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an efficient and well-located stay.

Dinding parking was consistently a challenge. Even though spaces are available around the hotel, they were always packed, requiring extra time to find a spot. Also, the mini-mart in the lobby is very convenient for a quick snack, but be prepared for prices that are double what you'd typically pay

The kitchenette and the closed balcony. TV is nice to cast videos. No tacky nightclub/bar in the building.

Shower curtain fixed too inside. Water flow and temperature uneven and too hot.No food options onsite. Hotel has no signboard to see from outside and no exterior illumination.

It's very good and comfortable but you should provide sleeper also inside washroom please think about that anyways Rooms Are clean and staff are also very nice and humble

Staff

Great location very near the heritage Souk which we thoroughly enjoyed - small walking distance. Also the rail station just across the road - going all over Doha.Very roomy apartment with a small balcony. Ubers cheap to use from this hotel to the museums. Breakfast was very adequate. Staff did their best to look after us.

Older style but certainly comfortable and very reasonably priced.
